    I usually cook my metal toys for urethral insertions or the plugs and tubes in a pot of water for several minutes. Though we have hard water i try to use cleaned water.
    Afterwards some sanitizer and sanitized hands before insertion.

    PS.: My Lady read what I wrote and stated that she is going to take some pictures for you tomorrow.

    I totally sterilize my PA or Uretheral devices for no less than 10 minutes on a hard boil.

    I never did a boiling with my Plastic devices...just lots of alcohol.

    If you have a Plastic or that EVIL resin cage with PA...how do you clean them???

    With silicone (for travel sometimes), I clean it during the shower.

    Plastic? What a nightmare.
