Yes, I suspect many or most of us here feel there cages getting tight while watching videos like that. There are a number of them. Most are faked, somehow. It's a fun fantasy, but not really feasible. Plus, there are people here who really are in what amounts to permanent chastity, even though their cage can be removed. I seriously doubt I'll have any more traditional orgasms. I haven't had PIV with my wife/KH in 4 years, and it's been almost a year since I masturbated. It's and older style Lori tube from years ago. This would be reasonably easy to remove the PA pin. The current Lori PA pin design has a coded screw going through the actual PA pin (see my avatar) would make removal much less likely, however it could be still be drilled out in the event. The cage on the guy in the video fit rather generous. I think permanent would only make sense for a senior. Even then not having a key negates the power dynamic you have with a keyholder IMHO.
If I my memory is correct, I recall that his KH posted a follow-up in a forum. They said that there was some sort of persistent reaction to the device and it had to be removed.
