just seen a video in my YouTube on this tried using a cotton bud with baby oil ( yes I know its dangerous, just didn't think id like it, desensitize essentially!) mistake! it wasn't comfortable however it was also bliss, think im turning into a mild pain slut! I realize for this sort of play I need sterile lube and a custom toy for! anyone else tried this?
I don't think you would do too well with a tether or urethral insert device (see gallery). Mind you my tether makes a great electrode for estim lol Welcome

If you want to investigate urethral play try a re tube , make sure it's clean, or a thermometer and again sterilize it and wear gloves
