In a word, yes! I am in my late 60's, so my libido isn't what it was 40 or even 20 years ago. Still, sometimes I am surprised how strong it is. And, I've had nearly 20 years of training with Mistress to bring me to this point.

I'm probably a lot younger than you, so 3 days still feels like a long time for me. But normally I'm at about once a week (and I didn't get lucky last night, after all, which is probably why I'm not sleeping right now). I think it all depends on what a couple’s sex life is like pre chastity. And it takes time to build up denial periods also.
If a couple only has sex once a week or a few times a month before chastity, of course going a month or two of denial isn’t a big deal is it? If they have a ton of sex all the time, just going a few days will be a huge step then.
