I have a couple of different ones from the cheapies on ebay to the higher end name brands. I started with the cheapies to see it it would work. Once we were comfortable with it, I went to the better ones. Most of them come with the squeeze bulb thingy. Husband's handy, so he knows how to put the syringe on instead.

There are some cheapies and even expensive squirting dildos where you squeeze the scrotum and draw up the "ejaculate" in it. We stay away from those because you can't clean them. The ones with the plastic tube can be cleaned. You can pull out the plastic tube. You can buy long and thin brushes from any lab supply site.
