    After many years of longer and shorter lock-ups came year 2019 when I was locked for 365 days.
    I haven't tried many cages, but I must say MM jailbird is perfect cage for long term wear. I had absolutely no problems maintaining good hygiene in it.

    My longest lockup was 20 days with no removal. Even though I'm trying to remain locked longer, my willpower to stay in either my belt or ball trap device any longer than a couple days is pretty bad if I have the key available. If she has control, she will normally let me out within a few days.

    Lately I have been using Nair. Word to the wise, do not exceed the 10 minute period before showering and using a cloth to wipe it off and be careful when using on the rear of the testicles. Start with the front and around the ring and use a q-tip for between the bars.

    Longest was 101 days. Only reason it was removed was that I achieved over 100. After the first week or so, you get used to it.

    My longest time without the cage being removed was 183 days, it wasn't planned as such but happens to be exactly half a year.

    She keeps threatening me with breaking the world record, but I keep telling her I don't know what it is!

    I’ve never done huge periods of not removing my device as I am uncut and my madam is a stickler for hygiene. I think the longest I went was about 4 weeks, after madam and I had a argument.

    It seems that everyone who is locked for longer is wearing a steel cage which allows better cleaning.
    @feather bought me the king3d cobra cage
    some time ago, which isn't a steel vage but super light and feels much better than a piece of metal.
    Unfortunately I have a hart time being caged over longer periods of time:

    - my mind goes crazy and I am thinking about her all the time beeing super horny
    - not sure if wearing a cage 24x7 might have a negative impact like reduced blood flow
    - cleaning, I think it's not possible to clean beeing in a non-metal cage.

    Is someone else wearing a non-metal device and how do you solve these issues?

    I wear the same cage, most often the extra small, for long periods with no problem. Currently at 21 days with only one removal at 14 for a shave. I will say it’s very important to dry as thoroughly as possible after bathing before you dress. A hair blow dryer works wonders

    About three years. However, that was prior to starting hormones. Significant reduction in penis and testicle size made in necessary to move to ever smaller cages, and the little ones are more difficult to keep clean.

    So while I would like to be caged now. It's hard to find something small enough. Can't get erections anymore, but the psychological effects are very significant when caged.

    My longest time was 9 months. Been going on three month intervals in a full belt. We now are in a open metal cage that is very comfortable and easy to keep clean my mistress says it is a permanent fixture on my body. I will never feel her penis stroked again or what a caged free erection feels like either. I am so blessed to have a wonderful MISTRESS
