    My playmate is like a Houdini when it comes to showing me how easily he could, if he so desired, get out of the cock cages we use. I told him I would find something to thwart his escape attempts (LOL) and his reply was "bring it on". I'm searching online but have no clue what would be the best device. I personally want to put a belt on him rather than a cage, but if one knows of an amazing cage, please, bring it on! Any recommendations are greatly appreciated. He has a birthday coming up and would love to surprise him.

    There isn't a chastitycage which is completely cheatproof, for a cage which is cheatproof you probably need a PA piercing. A belt could work but is more uncomfortable then a cage.

    Make an appointment for a PA piercing as a birthday surprise. Then when its healed you can get him a nice secure cage that he wont be able to get out of.

    I think a full belt or PA would really test his commitment to being totally secure. But even though he can get out, is he still remaining chaste? Sometimes a solution isn't really necessary if there is no real problem.

    Alternative could be a mod that he might be able to pull out of, but cannot get back into without the key. Any cheating will get noticed and can be punished.

    I have seen a possibility with a rubber band behind the glans.
    steelworxx makes something like that. Probably possible to DIY something for pretty much any cage.

    Bit of a in between solution. Not as permanent and secure as a PA, but might work.

    I was asking because I would totally wear that if it was 24/7 feasible. So I'm literally wondering how urination and hygiene are feasible.

    But now that you say it, that would be fairly satisfying to watch an ego like that have to pee all over himself and not be able to do anything about it.

    The fun solution would be a Kali's Teeth Bracelet. It's a short-term device, but it's on there for sure. There are several levels of severity (metal, hard plastic, soft plastic). The most fun W/we've had with it is with the ClubFEM MCD, which is a soft plastic. Easy to install (just make sure it's good and snug) and have some fun :)

    If you want to spend the money on it, get him a custom cage that's sized perfectly.

    It might not be 100% perfect, but you'll get a hell of a lot closer without going the PA route.

    I can speak from personal experience - I can't pull out of my Evotion Wearables Orion, it's sized too perfectly. The closest I got was one day, after shoveling snow for an hour, just as I hopped in the shower. I maybe could have worked my way out with a little pain then. Wouldn't have been able to get back in. And it was an extreme set of circumstances :)

    Have a look at mistressLori's model 2d with retaining ring that fits around the head , apparently comfortable to wear but hard to get out of and impossible to get back in , it's definitely on my wish list , it looks a lovely device to be secured in .

    This is exactly what D did, went out for my birthday lunch and then the surprise present straight after, an appointment to have a PA done. We have never looked back. No way of removing the cage without it being unlocked. We had tried the full belt option, but it was not practical for sport and work.

    I agree with the others about getting him a PA. That would be the perfect response to his challenge.

    It is an easy piercing to get, not really any pain. It does take some effort to go through the healing period, and then to let it rest and fully heal.

    But, once you do all that, and acquire a custom device which incorporates a lock for the PA, you will own him.
