    I've never known anyone to die of frustration.

    That said, it's super important that you look after your mental health. If you have a keyholder/partner ensure they're someone who is aware of the risks and puts your safety and both of your happiness's first.

    No. I explained my orgasm denial situation to a urologist, directly but professionally. I got a second opinion which confirmed it.

    Your orgasm is not necessary. Sure, it seems important, but you don’t need to have a climax. And no, your balls will be fine. No one has died from epididymal hypertension. It’s literally not serious.

    My penis and testicles were examined thoroughly. She asked if I was in any pain while inspecting my balls. I had not spilled in 18 days and they were plump from arousal. I had not had an orgasm for the three months prior to the exam.

    I got a clean bill of health.

    Sure, orgasms seem important to a guy, but they are not medically necessary

    You would see any warning signs well in advance: tightness in chest, increased pulse, blood pressure high, pain in shoulders, hands, dryness in mouth, swollen ankles, nausea. I woudn't think there's any chance of it happening without major underlying health issues.

    Like any other sexual activity, kink, lifestyle, stop when it becomes uncomfortable, sore or worse.
