To what (crazy) places or occasions have you been locked??

I am always caged, but my favourite is when I go swimming.
I walk slowly to the shallow end and take my time.
I feel as though I am on a catwalk. It's quite exciting.

 

When you are locked 24/7 you notice being unlocked more than locked. I had a physical a few weeks ago and it felt really weird to be unlocked for it. The other day I was at the doctors and I asked about a rash on my hip. He asked to see it and as I was pulling down my pants I remembered I was locked and had to quickly adjust so I was showing my hip and not my cage.

 

I am generally in the "don't think about having it on" group, so business settings and such don't phase me, but two or three specific things come to mind: (1) I wore my Jail Bird though airport security in Chicago once. I generally don't wear it in case I get pulled out and delayed but on this flight I had extra time and just told the screener I had on some "body jewelry" that might show up. No one even blinked. (2) I went to a car show with one of my sons and forgot to take off the Jail Bird. The metal detector didn't beep. (Whew!). and (3) I routinely ride my motorcycle (a crotch-rocket sport bike) with my cage on. Let's hope I never crash.

 

OK, think I've got this...
1) A nude beach in Hawaii (yes, there are a couple), where I laid on a towel (mostly face down) while my wife kept trying to expose me to those around us, and enjoying every minute of it!
2) TSA once (and NEVER, NEVER again!) because I totally f'n forgot! And when the alarm went off, my embarrassed, frustrated state obviously helped when the the TSA scanner used a wand as I lied about having a metal hip (fast thinking liar!). My heart was beating 160bpm I'm sure.

What sort of legal difficulties might arise from being caught (if any)?

 

If memory serves me right, you have to sign a form upon gaining entry, stating that you accept death penalty if breaking traditional- or moral laws. The latter being deemed by the 'Mutawa' or Islamic religious police.

I would never wear a cage through an airport.
Never mind the embarrassment, you're kinda forcing your kink on others without any consent. They may find it funny, but on the wrong country they may chop it off.

I disagree. They are broaching MY privacy and just because it’s their job doesn’t mean I have to take their feelings into account. That said, it’s not worth the hassle and I have enough stress when traveling.

 

Reading some of these - is embarrassment really all that bad? Those of us who have been embarrassed - was it as bad as you feared or did it blow over? I’ve been locked while having 3-ways with Dommes. Last time, I was flat on my back, with my KH on top, and a Domme used a strap on. You completely missed the point. Nothing about that was intentional! But it does prove what can happen if you become too comfortable wearing it.

I went through airport security locked for the first time last week, on an international vacation trip with my Wife. The alarm went off and I told the guard that I was wearing body jewelry. They had me go through the full body scanner and then I proceeded to the gate. My Wife was amused of course.

Our vacation was at a yoga retreat at an ashram in the bahamas. Some of the men living full time at the ashram had taken vows of chastity and were identifiable by their clothing, but i doubt any were locked up.

 

I bet airport security sees all kinds of legal but embarrassing situations. If something is deeply personal to you, your imagination and assumptions over what someone else thinks can get blow out of proportion. Most of us want some degree of privacy and dignity, and worry about losing that, but most times I’ve been embarrassed it has been fleeting and passed.

 

Some people have professional lives that would be ruined if something like that got out. No, it shouldn't matter, but to some people you'd be labeled as a pervert and blacklisted.

 

I don’t disagree there is risk and that is possible, but the risk of “it” getting out and literally ruining everything can be inflated. Of course, it matters what “it” is, and where you live and what your profession is. I’ve heard horror stories for sure but for a lot of us, the anxiety is larger than reality.

I have run into people I know In embarrassing situations, and was horrified, but got over it. The world doesn’t usually end. (Usually).

Now that I am 24/7 the thought of strange places diminish, back when we were exploring Chastity we went to a public hot springs/pool I thought she would take it off before because of the big open locker room no deal. When you are locked full-time, you tend to not think of the places you might go. It is a given. I personally draw the line when traveling by air. There is enough stress as it is without intentionally adding more.

I have however, been locked and forgotten about it. Once to a unscheduled doctor appointment, and once on a visit to a new Navy ship, that if I had thought about it, was likely to have security. They did. He decided it was my belt buckle. The 19 year old enlisted guy with an automatic weapon was very professional. We enjoyed the tour and meeting the crew. They seemed to be very dedicated and very proud of their new ship. Some very fine young people.

 

Any recommendations on a speedo to wear the covers up the cage? Also, what cage were you wearing?

I’ve be wearing mine 24/7 for the last week and a half. I’ve worn mine to some rough jobsites where you would normally refuse to sit in the porta potties.
