    I’ve only just really started on the journey as well and the longest so far was 15 days I’ve been locked up , but there are plenty a lot longer on here.

    2 weeks is a normal time between releases. However if this is your first time then I would have thought your wife would have broken you in a little more slowly. It is usual to start with a day of lock up, followed with a day out then a day and night locked followed by a day out and so on building up to a week after that you should be able to go fulltime if there are no problems.

    As Inchastityforher said, it is all about the KH/wife, she wants to stop your masturbating and save yourself for her plus you will become much more attentive to her when locked and you will start to help around the house/flat to earn your release.

    I am not going to repeat what the others have said . One thing you will want to do, is after your shower every day make sure you put a couple of drops of baby oil around the base ring , and rub it in under the ring to prevent chaffing . It makes it more comfortable .

    As far as length of time in cage, it all really depends on you and your cage. I have heard some horror stories about plastic devices, but if you can wear one for long periods then more power to you.

    If it proves to be difficult, I suggest buying a cheap steel cage from amazon or someplace similar, roughly the same size as your flaccid state, with a 45mm base ring(middle of the road size). Before I went custom I wore one comfortably for months.

    You are still going to need to remove it periodically to check for abrasions and small sores, and give it a scrub.
