    I have a need for my Wife to keep me locked up for extended periods of time (months, years, yikes!.) We have a device that I think will work for long term 24/365 lock ups, but when She misses feeling me inside her, She lets me out and allows me to cum. We have tried dildos, but the ones we have are either too large for her comfort, stink, or both. I have ordered a size more closer to my size that is 100% medical silicon but I would like to have a way to attach the smaller/average size dildo to my device without the big production of putting on a strap on harness. I was thinking of a steel ring (for the dildo)with a rubber ring of some sort the attaches to the cage and another type of attachment to the base ring portion. The easier /quicker way to attach it, the more likely it is to satisfy her in the moment, and therefore keep me locked. I hope this all made sense. Any and all advise is appreciated.

    Looks very interesting. Actually, we have already picked out a dildo and it's being delivered today. My Wife is very particular about the size being similar to me, so a 9 inch dildo will be about 3-4 inches too long! I guess I should have stated that apart from the harness taking too long to put on and adjust, they just feel uncomfortable to me. Since my cage pretty much feels like it's part of me, what I had in mind was to attach the dildo to the cage. I've heard of this being done, but have never seen one.     It sounds to me like you are already on the right path. Everybody is different and likes different things, you have to find what works for your wife.

    My Wife/KH loves the harness and toys bigger than me. We tried all kinds of toys before figuring this out though. Keep experimenting is all I can say ;)

    The vacu-lock are really nice because you can swap them out really fast but they are more expensive. It's nice to start with a smaller then switch to a larger as she gets wetter and more turned on. Ideally, it would be nice if you had a silicone penis sheath to slide over your cage but that won't work with most cages,

    We just received the dildo we ordered. looks very similar in size to what I remember mine to be :'( except slightly larger girth. My Wife has not seen it yet. I hope she loves it so much, she has no reason to let me out. At least I think I do....

    There are some shorted hollow 'extenders' like the one pictured. Put a condom over the cage, fill the extender with a silicon, safe medical grade, let dry, then it just slips over your caged parts like not having the cage on.

    I've thought about getting the thinnest vacuum tube used for penis pumping and putting a silicone sheath over that after vacuum is applied to tube. Being on hormones, my penis isn't always guaranteed to be very firm so it would allow me to give my GF/KH a good servicing..

    So, we received the dildo and I was able to rig up a harness with a stainless steel ring, some rubber o-rings and a nylon strap with clips. I will try to post a picture later, but basically an o-ring is looped around the bottom of steel ring with another one looped through that one creating a sort of chain. The 2nd o-ring then gets slipped around the cage and the nylon strap goes through the top of steel ring. The dildo is inserted into the steel ring and the nylon strap secured around my waist. Not exactly what I wanted, as I didn't want anything around my waist. It's a work in progress, but it allowed me to make love to my Wife while still locked up. As I had hoped, She enjoyed it immensely and now sees no need to unlock me in the near future. Mission accomplished!

    I never actually got on very well with any of the ones I tried. Mostly cold hard things that smelled like a beach ball. The only one I found tolerable was quite flexible and soft and running it under hot water to warm it through definitely helped.
    I think you'll find that you will be better off mounting it on a strap on harness rather than your device thingy.

    I hear what you are saying about the smell. I researched quite a bit before purchasing this dildo. It is from Vixen Creations and made of 100% medical-grade silicone. No smell at all. The smell was a big turn off to my Wife before, so I paid a little more for this one. It also warms up very quickly with contact with skin.
    I have also tried harnesses and find them uncomfortable. This diy harness is only a work in progress and was a temporary solution to please my Wife with the new dildo. My ultimate goal is to make something that attaches to the device or balls (like a ball and cock strap). To each his own.

    My KH can't go extended periods of time without proper PIV either. But why should she?

    Her time between PIV can be extended but that time needs to be filled with T&D and everything else. I think generally she just decides it's easier to unlock, fuck, and re-lock. Sometimes I feel like if I'm gonna have to wear this thing then I want the periods of lock down to be long enough to "make it worth it" - to get me really desperately horny. But that takes at least a week. Maybe a tad more, which is a lock up duration we've only made it to a handful of times. Usually she reaches her "fuck it I need to get fucked" point well before I'm broken down. Especially if there hasn't been much T&D stuff happening to push me along.

    I've come to realaize and remember that if she wants PIV three times a week and simply wants me locked away at all times in between, then that's the way chastity will go for me.
