Night erections

119 days in I can say yes… not fully but enough you don’t wake up so much. Except the odd day or so.
Just a few more months 24/7 and you’ll be fine

 

It seems like there’s a settle in time. At first the cage seems to cause erections, then it settles down to a more tolerable level.

 

I think you also have to remind yourself that the 'male' body naturally has night erections. Aside from hormones, nothing can stop this. Those who live the chastity life struggle with this in the beginning because the cage confines these erections; not just at night but throughout the day. Over time, your mind and body will get use to the cage and the severity of your erections will change/diminish but this will require some time and patience.

There are some great resources/threads here that touch on this topic that may help you but a few quick tips could be:

-make sure your base ring size is not too tight to begin with. Erections happen when blood flows to the penis. If the base ring is too tight and constricts the veins carrying the blood too and from, then the base ring will essentially be acting as a cock ring and your erections won't go away easily. Sometimes creating the smallest of air gap underneath the base ring during an erection can help create enough relief to allow the blood to flow out of your package.

-some say trying to go and use the toilet to urinate helps make their erections go away.

-i've heard some say to use an ice cube as the cold makes it go away but that just sounds a bit painful (but maybe not as painful as the erection itself?)

- I've heard folks recommend wearing tight underwear/panties to bed at night help keep your cage up and close to your body rather than letting it hang loose.

Just remember everyone's body is different and some things may work better for you than others. As the previous posts said, time and patience will be your friend solving this problem. It will get better!

So when that happens, you could try gently pulling the base ring back towards your body while simultaneously pulling more of your scrotum through the ring to try to relieve some of the pressure on your testicles until the pain subsides. I wish I/we had a fail proof solution for you but I think everyone experiences this in the beginning.

Me too. It actually tore some skin with me.

 

It really seems not getting better with time. Usually 2-3 times every night and I wake up every time (it seems). And sometimes it seems to get worse once you are awake, and doesn't want to stop for 20 min or more no matter what I do.
