I have high tight balls and a small penis ( 1-1.5 inches flaccid) and I'm so frustrated as my ball on 3 occasions has managed to get through the gap between my cage and ring , very painful indeed and has scared me off carrying on if I'm honest however , I was thinking of perhaps getting a prince albert done and buying a new device . I'm wondering though how a small penis would look on a small penis and wether I can get a chastity device yt fit my size and also how they actually stop erections ??? Any thoughts comments or perhaps photos would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

As to your question (or what I can make of your question): Yes, people make PA enabled chastity devices in your size. Male Chastity Now has one for a flaccid length of 1.5 inches and I'm sure could make one smaller if need be. Chastity devices do not stop erections. A properly fitting device will limit your ability to get more than slightly erect which means you shouldn't have as many issues with waking up in the night and you don't really mentally feel like you're capable of getting hard which can be somewhat of a mind fuck.
I've seen pictures of a PA "cage" on the tiniest of penises - it truly looked like a thimble! (check /r/chastity on reddit). They are out there if that's the route you truly want to go. If it's just frustration in slipping testicles, then before going to that extreme, see if you can decrease the gap between the cage and the base ring - that may mean a smaller ring, or bending the ring (if it's metal). A few members talked about rubber tubing over the ring, or dental floss covered in clear nail polish - many different ways to make that gap smaller.
My 2 cents: if you decide to gat a PA, have an honest talk with your piercer up front and let him/her know your ultimate intentions. It will help your piercer to know how big you eventually want your gauge size to be. It will be helpful for them to know that you intend for the piercing to bear the weight of a chastity device. They will place the piercing accordingly and you will be much happier with the results.
I am about your size when flaccid and also have a PA. -balls coming out of device means your device doesn’t fit. The gap is to wide or the cage turns on a post which makes the gap too wide. Normal gap is about 3/8th of an inch and pretty tough for a ball to squeeze through. -as for ringless device for PA, I have found them difficult to fit, due to the small length. Other people are show’ers and don’t change length as drastically. When I do, most of the length is exposed and cage is barely on, and it pulls on the piercing. Tube type devices also are a problem because no tube is small enough to accommodate and not pull on my piercing when flaccid. I have a rigid chastity device that has a piercing prong and ring, it keeps everything in place and it pretty much is a faucet for pee when worn. Good luck and get a cage that fits before putting a whole in your penis.

How to adjust gap depends on your device. If it’s steel then simply bend the pin down towards the ring a little bit. As for a PA device. It won’t stop the erections from happening. What it will do is keep anything from being able to touch the sweet spot below the head to make an orgasm extremely difficult or maybe impossible.

Sounds like we have similar anatomy. I've tried cheap ball trap devices a while ago. Now really getting into Chastity, I decided on a tube device with PA hook. I've been pierced for many years. I've never tried a time device so I'm hoping for the best.
I'm also considering a similar device and to secure it with my 6mm PA. Would be interested in your experiences.
