Some of the non pain punishments I have received include writing an essay about various topics, loss of privileges like electronics or hobbies or furniture, being put on a diet, any number of humiliation tasks, or an intensive workout. I find a short sharp shock a much better way. My temper never lasts too long and then it's much harder to stay resolute.

- Not indulge in T&D or similar activity
- Stop even talking to you except for necessary home issues
- Not let you serve her in any way

My punishments are far from painless. I'm not sure that a punishment after orgasm is really helping. I mean, the orgasm happened and cant be reverted. And some punishment wont stop someone from cumming again in a later chastity phase.

I think its more important that the punishment is so hard, that the man doesnt even dare to cum. And I dont mean painfull. One of my mistresses wouldnt even talk with me if I accidently cum. Another would just stop playing chastity games with me. And another told me that she would break up all contact when I ever have an orgasm without permission. I can tell you, these things were soo bad, that I never even thought about cumming But I think the hardest punishment is the disappointment. Some woman are more disappointed then others. There are a lot of painless punishmens could use. Sorry to say some of them wouldn't work if they where known (to be painless) and as such are not open to unrestricted publication.

But finding a painless punishment is quite easy in my eyes. Just find something he really does not want, givehim some extrachores you usually do yourself, cancel one of his appointments (sports, just meeting with friends, concert) and make him do something with you instead (some YOU like). And last (for now) but not least you can make him write an essay (make sure to announce how many pages) about why his behaviour was wrong and disappointed you.

 

I think if you have the right relationship with the right partner then accidentally cumming is actually in itself punishment enough.
It has happened to me in the past and I dare say it might do again but I felt pretty bad about it in lots of ways.

However I do think at the very minimum the denial period should begin again from scratch and would have not complained nor would I if my KH wanted to instil or inflict some other punishment too.
