Hello Diana, I would recommend Georgia Ivey Green's book "A KeyHolders Handbook". It does repeat itself on several things, but it does have a lot of good information as well as an easy approach to teasing with several phrases and tips. Well worth the read for a reasonable price on the kindle app. Have fun!
