New belt?

I wouldn't waste your time or money on that one. The steel waistband isn't steel, it's flimsy, bendy and nasty. The neoprene lining comes off just looking at it and when it comes off the "steel" edges can be quite sharp. It's a piece of junk. I didn't even try to re-sell mine, just threw it away.
Unfortunately like most things, you get what you pay for and whilst the chinese seem to have done an okay job copying many cages, they've done a terrible job with full belts.

Also the tube part looks cumbersome and to protruding, the belts with the internal style are better.

I would hope the intent for this belt is short duration play. The anal thing would be a major problem after a few hours.

 

I’m assuming that she is looking for something that she can keep him in long term, but that is also extremely secure.
