Needing to lose weight

    I know the thread topic might seem strange, I don't know for sure, but I wanted to bring up a point about needing to lose weight to get the most out of being in chastity device. The one I am wearing now, which is pictured in my gallery, even though I have not slipped out of it yet, the physical feeling is still there that it could happen. Anyway, obviously the more one gains weight, the shorter ones penis is, well, looks. Either way, I would hope you get the point. I was never as heavy as I am now, but I am certain, the more weight I can lose, the better a chastity device would fit, and depending on the device, no feeling as if could slip out. I am in no way interested in a PA. Anyway, I would like to find out what other's thoughts are about this all. Thanks, and have a great day to all!

    well if you want to get thinner you has to stop eating a lot of food. my Mistress has fasting day and She is back to size 8 now again.

    Your desire to lose weight seems perfectly rational. Easier said than done, of course. Have you considered getting your key holder to work with you on this?

    My wife has told me to lose 10 pounds by December. I said, "What are the stakes? What happens if I don't manage?" She said she didn't know yet and would have to think about it. It's one angle you might think about.

    I do not have a Keyholder. Am self locked. The older one gets also, metabolism slows down, and I do know how to lose weight, just need to ramp u the physical activity plus watch diet closer again.

    I am self locked, and also trying to lose weight.
    Started with a diet 4 weeks ago, and started working out yesterday by running.
    But why don’t make it a Little fun right?
    So caged, buttplug and nippleclamps under my female running clothes I went for a 30 minute run!

    Well, the plug, nipple clamps and female clothes are too deep for me, but the device I have on, I don't think running would work.would more than likely slip out.

    Running with a cage was the first time for me. Wasn’t that bad, but there is a chance of chaffing of course.

    Check out the Fast Metabolism Diet by Hailey Pomeroy. It's a healthy and effective way to lose weight and you wont be hungry all the time.

    5:2 diet
    or Doctor Agatson's
    South Beach diet both work and have been recommended to patients by physicians.

    Plus, and I am still in the thinking stage, but, a few days ago, somewhere I saw a video of a guy having a similar cage put on, and it got steel rivited on. Can't get that out of my had.

    I dont use it for loosing kgs but for what i use it it cant works better so i suggest yo try it
