Metod 3 Months?

I personally agree. Start with a victory. Then gradually attain the three month milestone.

I'd say the steps are generally, in order:

1. You can get it on and locked
2. You can wear it for 20 minutes without pain or your balls getting cold
3. You can wear it overnight*
4. You can wear it to work/outside the house*
5. You can wear it for 24 straight hours
6. You can wear it all weekend
7. You can wear it for an entire week.
8. You can wear it for three weeks.
9. You can wear it for three months

* these two can be flipped in order

Once you get to Step 8, I think for practical purposes, your only limit is what you or your KH choose. At that point, if it's what you want, you can tell her "no limits, your choice." But I would again suggest at least giving Step 9 a try, because once both you and your KH know you've gone 3 months, you both realize there are no practical limits and it can be *whatever* works for you.

And of course the @Tom Allen method of progressing to Step 11 where she says it is going to be for a year and then you are just chaste for life at that point.

No slam on Tom or his lovely bride, I wish I could have the confidence and determination to go for the super marathon.

Lots of great advice here about not jumping in too deep right away. He has a lot of physical issues to deal with and she has a lot of guilt and discomfort worry that she has to address in her own mind. The right cage, the right amount of regularity and practice... bang! You're locked 24/7 and wondering what happened while she is much less sympathetic than you remembered.
