I think you will be fine:). I know I would feel the same way. I'm still waiting for that day and boy will I be mortified.

Locked most of the time now, and no access to thespare key.

I've had alarms go off even when unlocked. It may be totally unrelated to your device.

In likely that anyone who hears a clink will think it's your keys, but if it's a problem you can get another Holy Trainer style with an integral lock.

Can't imagine why any device would set off a store's alarm. Those should be RF ID scanners, not metal detectors- maybe a coincidence.

For me it's more sporting events or concerts with the metal detectors or the hand wands. I feel the sensitivity levels may be turned up.I still don't have an excuse other than its jewlery. Then challenge them to see it.

Just tell them you had a horrible accident while using a weed whacker nude and they had to put pins in your penis to reattach it .

The serious response is to use the plastic device with the plastic lock- or just to take it off for the concert because all the ladies are going to want to sleep with the rock star, not the rock fan.

I'm more a burned out pebble than a rock star.

It's definitely a legit concern. Metal is metal - hard and inflexible, standing in stark contrast to your penis which will stay soft most of the time and very much bends. One could write articles on the juxtaposition thereon.

So yes, people seeing a 'lump' in your pants that is always there is valid and it's a reason some guys take their's off when in public. You can alter how you stand a little and make other adjustments but that bulge is going to be there now and then. People may notice and think you're aroused. So your fears are real. Don't do anything you don't want to do.

Yes, and devices vary. Some, like the Holy Trainer type and a few others point the penis down more than others which makes wearing in public a bit less noticeable, and of course, the smaller the tube/cage the smaller the lump. You can also wear stiffer/bulkier trousers, like heavy outdoor designed denim jeans. But if you're in a place where nobody can know, then take it off. While not ideal for some chastity purists it may be the only option if you're going to be at a public pool wearing a Speedo.

I don't wear mine at work - I hate that and wish I could, but I make way to much money to be outted by a lump in my pants.

One doesn't need a device to be chaste so as long as I don't masturbate at work, I'm fine and can put it on when I get home.

Once you start wearing a device, it takes on a 'friend' role and you hate to be without it. At least I do.

That prompted a funny thought for the keyholders who like to embarrass their caged males. While shopping, sneak one of the sensors off a product and slip it into the sub’s back pocket so it not only triggers that store alarm, but every alarm in the mall!

The blogger/owner of “Thrill of the Chaste” has written extensively on his experiences wearing his MM jailbird to sporting events and concerts as he is a frequent attendee. Bottom line...never had a problem and (IIRC) only ever got questioned once. His reply was body jewelry and they passed him through without further ado.

Let’s face it, all that wanding and such is mostly for show. Both to make you think it is safer than it is, and to make would be amateur nutcases think twice. Their main goal is to get you into the venue, not hold up hundreds of fans while they scan your belt buckle.

Also, regarding the store sensor. I think that was an anomaly. Those sensors are RF, not metal detectors. I’ve worn my decent sized MM devices regularly and never set off a sensor.

I imagine getting caught stroking it in the conference room would be frowned upon more than a discreet lump in the trousers .

I used to work in a city centre office and it used to be used a lot on Fridays and Saturday nights, as did the council office on the two floors above us. Actually they were very busy. It was a laugh on a Monday morning if you had a meeting and mentally checking the table for greasy marks and discarded clothes.

Before the days of security cameras. Would be frowned upon now

I agree with the last sentence for sure. Trust your feelings. If you think it’s inappropriate or too risky to wear your device somewhere, then don’t.

I also agree with most of the posts here that the cage is usually far less noticeable than you think it is. My wife likes my cage, but is hyper sensitive that we don’t get outed and would NOT want anything noticeable. And she has no concerns with me wearing my cage out and about in daily life.

That was our concern initially, especially Mrs discbf. She used to draw moor attention to it by pulling out a t-shirt or pulling down my jumper.

Nobody has ever looked, yet alone seen and we've certainly looked at a few crotches and thought, maybe. But never confirmed.

I hate Dr’s visits where I don’t wear my cage. I don’t feel comfortable with it off.

I've just had a couple of CT Scans where removing jewelry and belts were recommended so cage of for that but not for a routine visit until I had to get an emergency ECG at the surgery. That was nearly embarrassment city, remove ALL clothes so I can get the probes on.... It's ok, leave your underware on. Was never happier to hear these words

I have the same issue. I am a small framed male with a sizeable package. Any cage makes me look like i stuffed a whole laundry load of socks down my pants. The solution for me was tight underwear that pulls the cage tip between your legs. Keeps everything nice and snug with no bouncing locks. Hope this helps!

My wife would be the first to object if she thought anyone would notice my cage when we are out. She's in a sensitive job dealing with people and it's a small town.
I have what these days is a medium sized cage, but she has no qualms about keeping me locked 24/7 and going everywhere and anywhere with me locked, and she nearly always leaves the key in her hiding place at home, no matter how far we travel..
