I don't know what to do.

At the base of the penis, the underside of the shaft and the scrotum are always touching. Zero airflow when wearing ANY device. It starts itching after a few hours, then later the outer layer of skin starts flaking off.

Is there any solution? I'm using nappy rash cream which is okay but I'd like to know if there is a more elegant, permanent solution. It's not looking sexy when there's nappy cream on it, nor when the skin is falling off.

Can’t help but I sometimes form a sore spot there too but after about 4-6 days of no release. It is hidden enough not to be a turn off for her and not bad enough for me to want to ask to be unlocked. I don’t use a cream or anything.

Do you have any visible skin issues or just discomfort?

I wonder whether an anti-perspirant would help against damp skin folds...

I use Calamine and Glycerin cream from Boots. It's got zinc oxide in it which is great for skin.
It's not a "wet" cream and works extremely well (morning and evening application of a thin layer). I'm able to keep caged for months by using it. Good luck.

It is advisable red/raw spot if the cage isn’t in the way

Intreresting you have mentioned that, I have had the same issue all the week, but I think its because of splash back from pee whilst being locked.

If you spray so much that it becomes wet behind your balls i do not want to clean your bathroom... ;)

If the are becomes damp and tehre are issues due to that I would also suggest trying anti-perspirant or maybe babypowder.

Another short term solution might be to tape the area.

You could have a fungal infection in that area... I.e. jock itch.

I swim daily in a salt water pool as we live in Australia .. that keeps everything clean and rashers never seem to come up

Some treatment can cause itching down there, speaking from experience of recently been diagnosed a type one diabetic.. insulin can cause it too.
