    As my urologist told me, orgasm and ejaculation are two separate functions. Typically they do happen simultaneously, but they are separate functions.

    Possibly a retrograde orgasm, similar thing happened to me a few months ago, followed by a UTI. Was a very weird sensation

    Yeah, I never considered this. It's quite possible as it really felt like an ejaculation and not just an orgasm. I hope I don't get a UTI! I had one once when I used to wear a CB-6000 and it was not a good time.
