    Something I learned during my time with a keyholder was that too long with nothing can be boring and cause negative feelings. Of course for those who hold their own keys (or have an online program do it for them) there's no one to tease them. I'm curious what you guys actually do to keep this up?

    For me I've been watching porn. Something I was sparsely allowed before, but outside of a current punishment for myself I have let myself view pretty freely. It's notable that thanks to the chastity, what was before a 3-8 minute affair once or twice a day can easily take up an hour of my day. I also use my dildos at least once a day, though as I understand it for many here that's more something they'd only do if they were forced into it. Of course for me it's something I really enjoy, but can't really find the motivation to do when not in chastity.

    I found out a long time ago before self chastity.. I became a chronic masterbator...     How do I tease myself? ;) well it depends on the time and mood I guess. I will usually pic one or two vintage pornos the night before and watch them during the day.

    Also, I would have a naughty picture as my phone’s background. It also makes it fun to see what excuses I come up with on the fly to get away with not using my phone when needed.

    I like a bit of risk, so when I am all hot and bothered I will play with my perineum during lunch brake in the bathroom or in a discreet public place that is nearby.

    I use a tens unit I can edge myself for over an hour and not pop with that but I have also used it without the cage to go all the way to a no hands orgasm.
