    That's where I'm at wearing mine. Standing or even sleeping I don't even notice I'm wearing it anymore. It's when I'm sitting for extended periods that it pinches.

    You will get used to it and intime whether you believe it or not you will feel naked without it.

    Maybe you might adjust you sitting position, maybe you should get used to righten you jewels from time to time ( becomes natural with the time and must not be as obvivus as you might think) and maybe you have to adjust you device. If it is about sitting position it most certainly might be affected by A - ring and gap...

    Some people also use a belt (like with those behind barz devices) as they can help your device to stay in a more comfortable position.
    And thats something you can easy try out yourself wirh help of a common belt and a cord...

    I could never wear a ball trap device very comfortably so I got a PA and a tube only device. I can tuck it back in my panties for a smooth look and it’s usually very comfortable for work, biking, play and sleep.

    I ended up back in my short looker 2 but with the tether spout rather than the urethral insert (which makes it 100% escape proof), and because there is no ridge where the spout meets the front of the cage there is no comfort issues. It is very comfortable and the tether has been in me for over 3 weeks now no problems. I forget its there mostly, till i sit and it can pull a bit sometimes much like a PA without the PA. I still recommend nappy rash cream for the ball ring sting as it lasts all day the one I use has almond oil and zinc oxide in it. I cant see a need for the big full belt any more unless mistress decides she wants me to sit to pee.

    For the record in the looker I bike ride to work every day, I have snow skiied, work out, surf, body surf, played soccer with my kids. I think that anyone that makes the excuse short of emergency services are making excuses if they want to take it off.

    I daringly went and had a prostate exam while caged...lol...he didnt even notice as I laid face down and the finger went in and out so fast lol
