    Hello
    I really do not have much health and medical knowledge in these issues.

    I'd like to know if I am brought to "edge" and stop and I am not allowed to cum, after a while when I am soft again, I am then brought to the edge again the the whole thing repeats for a couple of times, at the end of the day, I am not allowed to cum and I am locked into the cage again for another weeks. Every week I will be brought to the edge again while not being allowed to cum always. Only after few months of doing this (repeated edging but not allowed to cum)I will be allowed to cum for a one time or whenever my Mistress sees fit. However, she says her plan is no more than 3 orgasms in a year.

    Before that, she wants to know- if it would cause any immediate or long-term health concern to my sexual organs and my prostate glands. Any medical information on this? Thank you!

    I have been edged several times a week, for maybe two months at a time, not for the length of time you mention. I have had no issues other than I think there more seminal fluid than semen. But at my age, that's fine, no more children anyway.

    Is there a health risk?

    No.

    There is however a risk that your body will eject surplus fluid from your prostate as a nocturnal emission. It's absolutely normal.

    Someone said not cumming for too long time will lead to higher lifetime risk of getting prostate cancer. Is it real? Cum only once or twice every year without milking, is it too long???

    There is absolutely no evidence at all whatsoever that not having an ejaculation has any affect on your body at all. There hasn't been much study done but there has been lots of people who have lived chaste lives without issue. Your body is an incredible machine and can deal with prostatic excess very efficiently. If you saw a doctor and they were worried about anything they would be much more concerned about the plastic or metal objects we have encasing our genitals than the fact we limit, reduce or ultimately stop ejaculating altogether.

    According to a studh by Harvard Medical on 32,000 men over the 18 year study, men who ejaculated 21 or more times a month had 20% lower occurance of Prostate cancer. The proteins in seminal fluid are what promote the growth of cancerous cells. They need to be cleaned out to stay health.
    During the study, 3,839 men got prostate cancer. 384 cases were lethal. Prostate health is serious business.

    If you are trying to avoid orgasm, try prostate milking. This will clean out the old seminal ejaculate, while still denying a proper orgasm.

    the study obviously suggests that every men should ejaculate a lot in a month.

    However, some said there is no linking between milking and prostate health.

    Increased prostate cancer risk without milking, fact or fiction?

    Even when I did masturbate I never managed to cum 21 times in a month. Now I am approaching my 50s I have absolutely no chance to reach that level. As I cannot reach it I am not going to worry about it.

    All I know is that I didn't develop prostate cancer while i was masturbating with wild abandon. I also never got attacked by bears, so obviously we can conclude that masturbation wards off bear attacks AND prostate cancer.

    Of course I haven't been attacked by bears in the time I've stopped either. Yet.

    :cool: Our bodies have "pop off valves" all through out them. When ever a gland or organ that produces fluids reaches a limit they will find a way to release these fluids or reabsorb them. But milking is a great way to ease off excess fluid build up and if you enjoy it it's even better 8)

    i do not beleive not cumming would cause any problems besides blue balls. did that study say that men who have no orgasms are more likely to get cancer? and was the study done by women, or men? from what ive observed from my slave and others, the body will loose what it needs to loose. im pretty sure that people who get cancer, would get it no matter if they cum or not.

    Isn't this health issue something invented by men that wants there girlfriends/wife to feel guilt if they don't give them orgasm from time to time?

    Actually my wife was very worried when we started out with me locked up, and that it was bad for me if I didn't cum regulary, because her first man told her so...
