It depends on your version of chastity. What we do is to deny me for a few months before our vacation. If I am a good boy and endure it quietly, I get unlimited orgsams on vacation. Perhaps you can offer your husband a choice. He can accept a month or two, whatever your limits are, of orgasm denial in return for as many orgasms as he can have on vacation. His other option is to be locked during the whole vacation and only you get to have orgasms. Tell him that you may drink too much and will not be responsible for what happens if you want intercourse. Just tease him of course.

Since there is no right or wrong way to do chastity, it really is up to you if you are in a D/s marriage or both of you if not. For me, when @Mistress_M and I go on vacation again I hope she requires that I have to wear mine, she's let me get away with not wearing it this year when we took our bigger vacation. You should bring the device either way and make him wear it on the way there or if you have to fly put it on as soon as you reach your destination. If he wears it while you travel, as soon as you get checked in you should act like you forgot the key and make him sweat it out for a day or two. My recent vacation (we call it a Holiday in the UK!) with my Wife Elle was also spent with friends so before we went she decided that I would not be caged while we were away. Well you COULD take him with you locked up and leave the keys behind. But no regular sex then! IMO depends what YOU want. Compromise coud be to take keys with you but in a kitchensafe and you set the parameters (10 days max).
