Can’t make it through the night

I think it's a hurdle for anyone who is in a device. The main advice I can give is to GO PEE. If you're parched at night, take sips to drink the minimum needed to satisfy yourself. I don't have much experience as to whether it gets easier over time, as I am still getting my device fitted for long term wear, but I can imagine that the body will adjust to the new confines at least a little over time. I hope that things improve for you.

 

I think the OP gave a hint as to what might help. He said that he grows from 3 inches to 7.5 inches. That's only an "inflation ratio" of about 2 to 1.

I think a (much) smaller cage would help a lot. I rotate cages of various sizes. (Cherry Keepers, the "standard", the "small" and the "Short". I fill each one while flaccid. (just barely on the standard).

I DREAD sleeping in the standard. My erection attempts get too much leverage.
I CAN sleep in the small.
I am almost fully comfy sleeping in the short.

Ironically, in the past, but my life is changing rapidly, I found that getting a satisfactory erection during the day allows my body to seem to rest more comfy at night. Of course, this is playing with fire, though. Alas, or hooray, I am now severely limited on ANY erections.

And for what it's worth: I stayed locked for MOST of Locktober.....no cumming......My biggest challenge? The lack of sleep. So I hear ya.

 

That's a good point there. I know I had to shorten my cage and now that I think of it, the couple occasions I've worn it overnight, the shorter cage was much more comfortable.

Sounds like you need larger diameter tube. You would want just a light contact in tube too your flaccid diameter of shaft.
