I do get blue balls from extended tease and denial, but not from just wearing a cage (she's allowing about one orgasm a month at the moment). Thanks, it was the cage. I tried a new one and it works, no pain, just normal discomfort esp when it is under tension/half erect, i feel discomfort. I can sleep with no issues, i didn't even really notice apart from when the dick hardened a few times during the night.
