One week ago I ended up in the ER for extreme testicular pain. At first I was really worried that I had damaged myself by wearing my cage for an extended period of time. Had a long talk with the doctor about my chastity cage. The ER doctor wasn't sure, but treated me really well and non-judgmental. Even said "Hell this isn't the strangest thing I've heard from a patient in the last half hour." However, ultrasound showed a large growth inside my right testicle. My Urologist, also does not believe my chastity cage caused this, and feels pretty confident that it is a tumor that triggered a bleed. With that being said, I have three doctors all telling me that I need to have my right testicle removed. I've done a few days of moping about doing my best Eeyore impression. Now I am ready to move on. Surgery is on Monday, and I am having a prosthetic placed. My wife and I have had a long chat, and we are both on the same page. Me being in chastity is what is best for our relationship. With that being said, what options are open to me? Can I wear ball trap cage with a prosthetic? Should I get a PA cage? Who makes one with no base ring? I really don't like the idea of a PA, but... What about a full belt? Those look bulky, and how do you use the bathroom? ANY and all help or advice would be greatly appreciated! TLDR: About to only have one nut. What Should I do?
Sorry to hear about what you're going through but at the same time, perhaps a bit lucky they'll be able to treat it and you're good from there. I do not have experience with that but I'd think a ball trap could still work if it's attached somehow vs just floating around. Otherwise, and I'm in the same camp that I really don't like the idea of a PA, that is probably your best option going forward. Thank you for sharing and best of luck, will be curious to follow your story and hear what's decided.
It sounds like you guys are pretty serious about this. I would just get a PA with the nicest PA cage available regardless of price.
i was diagnosed with testicular cancer about 34 years ago when i was in my mid 20’s. it’s a long road, and i’ve had to figured A LOt out. would be happy to talk further if you’d like. please DM me. best of luck on your surgery, and thankfully it sounds like you have an understanding and supportive wife. radical orchiectomies have come a very long was since i had mine done. all in all, you really do have more positive options than you realize. best, archie PS: go look at my photos and tell me which nut is fake.
Male illness is most feared by all.. my emphathy to you..listen to the experts / specialists.... we can only share if anyone has similiar experience.. wish you strength and speedy recovery..
My sympathies are with you, just get over this and make sure your ok firstly, then go back to looking at chastity. I’m sure I’ve seen others with prosthetics post here about wearing devices and not having issues, get well soon!
Take a look at Schandmaske and similar at Steelwerks Extreme. They are PA secured tube only devices and Titanium is an option. When sized correctly they put little to no pressure on a PA piercing and do not require a ball trap ring. The Titanium device are incredibly light. Yes they are expensive, but completely custom bespoke devices of extraordinary quality.
I would think if the prosthesis is sized correctly, a ball trap type device should still work. One thing I can tell you for absolute certain, since I have had both testicles removed, is do NOT let them talk you into doing the surgery under local anesthesic. Demand general anesthesia at all costs. It is not an easy surgery to be awake through. You definitely want to be unconscious.
I think I be more concerned about your surgery than whether u can still wear a cage or not. Regardless of the path you take its going to be a while before you can wear again. In any case if you have a prosthetic then I dont know why a ball trap device wouldnt still work. Hell one is enough to stop removal. Being able to pull out the back can only be resolved with a pa or use a tether device in any case. Best of luck with your surgery, cant say I envy you
Yup general anesthesia lined up! Thanks! Thanks, I'm plenty worried about the surgery! Honestly, really worried and just trying to find distractions. Additional, my focus on chastity is because it has been the best thing for our 20 year physical relationship. However, the cage might just have been a tool I needed to really appreciate my wife for who she is and not what she can do for me. Thankful for the support of my wife!
i hope that when you are in hospital that the doctor will make you better and that you can go home after and be ok.
Very sorry to hear. I just started down this road, but for all of my frustrations of trying to gingerly work with my wife on a level of acceptance, I am often reminded there are bigger problems in life to deal with. I have no advice to give other than remain positive...
PA = Prince Albert It's a piercing that goes through your cock, and then you put a locking mechanism (a wire or bar or lock) of the cage through the hole in your cock. It's considered as close to escape proof as possible.
1 out of 10. Do not recommend for cisgender men. Doctor is confident that they got it all. Making progress on recovery. A month or two full recovery. You had bilateral surgery under local! Damn! Respect!
Yes, it was awful. One out of ten stars, definitely do not recommend. I only give it one star because it did get the job done.
