Are there better examples for the colors than the small rings on the hompage? Does the codes inside the rings e. g. "28v" represent some color code?
Titanium anodizing is the process of applying voltage to the metal while in a special bath. The amount of voltage applied will result in the coordinating color. 28V represents 28 volts which will be a lighter blue. Other colors are not consistent. If you message them on the site they usually get back to you in a day and he should have samples in the colors you are interested in for you to see.

You have plenty of time, just remember he is currently running around 17 weeks out if memory serves. If you are doing a barrel lock I would highly recommend going with a Burg style barrel instead of the much larger barrel he uses.
Thanks I will consider that. He will get a frenum piercing at my birthday (Jan. 11th), will get the new cage at St. Valentines and get the security pin at his birthday (March 28th) exactly one year ater first mention chastity. What do you think about my approach?
Hard for me to say. I am totally against piercings there. That is a deal breaker for me. I don't see the attraction, need or look of it. But if you are both into it then cool. I personally would not wait to get the new cage. I don't know what you are using now but I have a BAW titanium cage and it is a DREAM compared to the cheap Chinese cages. If I had to wait 10 months for this level of comfort I would be sad. I would point out that sometimes KH's need to be reminded that you are the focus of all of this and reap nearly 100% of the rewards. It is the guy who sacrifices his pleasure in exchange for the KH's pleasure. For the guy there is daily discomfort that can be unbearable at times, even if the toughest bear won't admit it. Doing what you can as a KH to alleviate that discomfort is IMHO part of your role. Now there are sadists on this site who revel in the fact that they cause pain and misery on daily basis but you don't seem to be that person. Unfortunately my wife is not a KH yet, she mearly tolerates this. But her main concern is that I am not in pain or discomfort. And a custom built BAW cage is the simplest best way to assure of that. And you can get locked up for ages without care or concern.

BAW or Steelworks titanium, that will be the coronation of chastity cages. Minimizing the discomfort is my role. I think that are wise words and I will take them into account. He has got an earring since many years and stretched it to 10 mm. I believe, he will be brave enough for a frenum piercing. And he is a great fan of my VCH piercing. I receive an orgasm there every morning. Just got one minutes ago.
I have seen a picture here at CM, I believe it was a cage from BAW, with a security option with a ring behind the glans. But I can't find it at their page. Can you help me with that?

Sometimes I am the advocate on this site for the chaste men- There are some very vocal people who pressure that this is a total one way street and the men are along for the ride and should accept whatever their KH's say. I don't believe that (if that is someone's thing then have a blast). Just like all relationships I believe both parties should be considered and both pleasure and burden should fall between the two. Once you go from plastic to steel or titanium it is a total game changer (much more so titanium). No need to remove to clean, no ring movement, better comfort- it is a night and day difference. Imagine the cheapest, poorly fitting bra vs a proper top quality bra that fits perfectly. You wouldn't want to even test fit the first one much less wear it.

That is really an issue but I won't provide it to him I found the cage, I mentioned, put it on top of the list in the BAW review. Regarding chastity there is on thing that I don't like at all. Getting a piercing and wait for save healing would interrupt chastity or reset it completely.
