    I wear my Lori 8C 24/7 as a construction supervisor. So not super strenuous, but fairly active. I'm sure I could do almost anything with it though, and have been mountain biking, swimming, working out at the gym, etc.
    I just assumed that was the point of chastity - to be able to go 24/7 and remove the possibility of cheating. Also, less hassle and monitoring required by my wife made things nicer for her.
    I don't think i'd be comfortable with a full belt though. I would be constantly worried about it being seen when bending over or something. You know - plumbers butt with a metal cable showing would be awkward to explain.

    I am in a behind bars chastity belt (basic system) and when my belt goes on it goes on 24/7 until she wants it off. I’m a goldsmith but I help customers and am up and down quite frequently. I’ve worked on my cars and had done extensive hard yard work while wearing it. Recently it has stayed on when I’ve gone hunting or fishing. It took some breaking in but I can wear my belt without feeling concerned about doing really any activities or anyone noticing.

    The trick for me was finding comfortable clothing, there are certain things I can’t wear anymore like jeans because they will pinch. Slacks are pretty comfortable at work. Anyway, no problems wearing it all the time if that’s what your gf wants. Sometimes I forget it’s even on.

    I stay locked 24/7 also. I don't even carry an emergency key. There is only 1 key and it stays in Mistress' night stand. The only time I see the key is when she wants to have PIV, and the second she's done with me the cage goes right back on.

    All day, everyday! Mine is a custom cage and fits perfectly, so it isn't uncomfortable to wear at all. Besides, so used to it now.
    Only thing is when I have to pee, I have to sit down, otherwise it can be messy, so I think every one thinks I just shit all the time lol

    Yep. Me too. Wear mine at the doctor's as well. She is actually a family friend of my wife's family. Grew up with my mother in law. She knows (obviously) about the cage, but also knows my wife cucks me and stuff too. She gets updates every time we come in. Wants to know if I've been let out, etc. Is kind of erotic.... and no, my MIL doesn't know.
