    They really arn't for long term. But, if its a more femine look you crave I think they can actually be pretty amazing.

    I have one, can't ever seem to get it on correctly. Wish there were better instructions on how to properly wear or install it on ones body

    Like with a very flat cage, or an "innie", the penis is compressed and held back inside the body.
    When you get a normal erection it's simply caused by your arteries expanding to allow increased blood flow into the penis, while the outflow veins remain the same size, so more blood tries to be pumped in than can flow out and pressure builds up. When you're wearing the type of device that holds your penis inside you, there's just no expansion room for more blood to accumulate in the penis, all the tissue remains compressed, so you don't get hard.

    The bigger problem is when you have a cage that is big enough for an erection to start. Then the blood pressure can build up, and then the pain of penis tissue being crushed against the cage will start!

    Thanks for your interesting explanaition.
    We have tried a Nub once. I remember it didn't hurt the penis, which remained small but there was some kind of erection behind the cage. Does it apply similiarly with the clip?

    Yes, they all work the same way. If the penis is kept confined very small, there's no room for an erection to start. You get the feeling that you want to get hard (that's the nerve's signal that wants to open the arteries) but there isn't anywhere for the penis to expand so the blood pressure doesn't build up.
    The penis is quite long, half is behind the scrotum, so that part does get a little more blood into it when an erection is attempted. You can feel it get firmer between the scrotum and anus, it's the front half (in this case squashed by whatever device) that normally expands the most, but of course, only when it can!

    I'm wondering if you would be willing to share the design files. I'd like to play with the design. I bought an STL file from ETSY and have played with the scaling to fit my anatomy.

    You can snip a silicone insert to whatever you preferred length.
    The shorter the more hygienic.

    Yes, it won't work for everybody. You must have enough excess, flexible skin to make it work. I don't, nor do a lot of people-particularly if you've been circumcised.

    It's not your foreskin that's folded in front, it's your scrotum which is pulled through front of the device. Being circumcised or not shouldn't make any difference to wearing it, as the head of the penis is pushed back inside you, like with an "innie".
    But yes, if you have a tight sac then that will make it more difficult to wear.
