Hi all, I’m new here but glad I found the site. A little about me... First locked in 2019 after my wife suggested chastity as a way to stop me smoking. If I remember, every pack smoked would add 3 days to my lock time, every day just using a vape or without would take a day away. Since then, we’ve both realised that things are just better with me locked up, I feel natural this way and she feels I am a better person with it locked. Looking forward to chatting and browsing the site.

Thank you. I have to say, being locked was probably the best motivation to kick smoking. I simply wanted release more than I wanted a cigarette and I managed to switch over to vaping completely after about a month. I’m still vaping, my wife wants to do something similar to get me off of the vape now but she seems much happier with me vaping rather than smoking at the moment.
No vape. Nicotine gum now. My wife / KH is much happier now with also. She is smart enough right now Not to try to get me off the gum. It will happen though over time. Good luck
