I might have checked "My wife is often somewhat interested in chastity" if it were an option
Perhaps we have cycled between "tolerates", "interested" and "very interested".
I am pleased that as I have learned more over time, the pie chart has shifted to mostly "interested", then occasionally "very interested" and not much "tolerates" any more. (that was back when I made chastity play too much about me and my crazy detailed cravings)

 

The survey seems very limited. There's a wide range of levels from very interested to tolerates.

For instance - Mash's wife is clearly interested, while my partner appreciates the benefits and uses them to her advantage, but isnt 'interested' in chastity.
And how about to whom chastity is a new experience?
Those in relationships but unmarried, just dating, etc.

Maybe add some more possible answers.

 

My wife is definitely interested...she will readily say that whenever she locks me up all she wants to do is play with me. She very much prefers me in chastity. We do a lot of honor system but the mechanical devices really get her motor running. She loves the control.

 

I have answered this with option 1 , as it was my partner who introduced chastity to our relationship almost 15 years ago , and along with a few other things is still one of her main interests in our FLR , However I do agree with @SubVerity there may be a few more options for some that are not on the list

I checked off wife tolerates .. but really she is more somewhere between very interested and tolerates it. Please don't take this wrong but your poll lacks many options that impact some(many?) of us.

There are no options for those in LTR relationships who aren't married, or who are in no traditional relationships.

I guess some would consider a LTR like being married but it may or may not be.

Also the options for single people don't line up with the ones for married so I'm not sure what the results would show. Plus there is no option for presently not locked.

Don't get me wrong, I think the poll is a good idea but as someone who was in a LTR and now is single and not doing much other then an occasional lock up I just don't see any options that fit for before or now.

Yes have you talked to her about it and without pressuring her to immediately take the keys. Just a simple explanation of the device.
