    Fitness is a priority for me, mainly due to medical reasons and the fact that I had a bilateral hip replacement in 2012.
    At soon to be 55 I am in probably the best shape of my life considering 8 to 10 years ago I was 285 lbs and now I'm 215.
    This is also my secret to getting out of the cage.

    Mine story is the complete opposite of yours. I use to stay in shape only to ski and allowed myself to slip the majority of the year. My wife on the other hand is somewhat of a gym rat and has the hardest toned body for not only her age but 30 years younger. At my physical last year, i crashed and burned and the doctor was really annoyed on my condition and response. My wife was with me and was also concerned and made me an offer I could not refuse. When we got home the chastity cage came off and there would be no more unless I lost 30 pounds and got in shape. Now I am a model of health.

    Glad to hear that , health is very important, I also use the gym to fight Anxiety/Depression

    I love it! I actually used chastity initially as an incentive to lose weight, the opposite of you. Now I hope your wife maintained control to keep you from pleasuring yourself too often!

    That why I originally got into chastity, I pleasured myself to the point of being desensitized and didn't enjoy relations with the wife like I used to, originally I locked myself but well I had the key so if I wanted to bad enough I did, now she holds the key and I have to wait for her to let me out
