Well, it contains both deionized water and benzyl alcohol (although water is listed first in the ingredient list)
I'm pretty sure just about Any 5% lidocaine cream would work
This is only 4.5% lidocaine, but is specifically advertised as water based

I didn’t have to wait for long to test the effect of numbing!
