Thanks for sharing. Whatever the effect on security there is no doubt that an insert increases the intensity of the whole experience. Have you tried fitting the cage with the insert already attached and if so was it more difficult?
Interesting comment. I wear a looker 02 with plug and I can't get out of it! Very curious to hear how you might improve security even further! Could you share your thoughts?
Please forgive my jumping in on that question but I am currently working on a modification to the flexible insert as in these videos where the silicone tube has stainless steel tubes driven up inside to make the tube rigid over much of its length but with enough points of articulation that it can negotiate the natural curve of the urethra and accommodate the changes in that curve in normal wear but be much more difficult to un-thread if you attempted pull out. Key to the extra security would be that the urethra is reasonably straight deep in towards the prostate so the final say 50mm of the tube could be rigid and create a major obstacle to withdrawal.
