depends on your anatomy and cage, I am un cut and with my BAW and some other cages I can pull my foreskin through the end and pee as normal, sitting or standing. I had a problem with “Shy Bladder Syndrome” when I first tried to pee while still locked in my cages. With my jailbird cage I have to sit. I once tried peeing standing up at a wedding reception, I peed on my pant leg and spent the next hour trying to hide it.

Havent actually locked in a while but that may change here shortly after my Mrs. has a procedure that will shit her down for 6-8 weeks. So it looks like lock up is back on the table.

 

My cage usually stays lined up properly, I sit to pee of course, and depending on how the balls are hanging, I’ll have to hold them up with my index and middle fingers on each side of the cage. Just habit now going into year 5.
