We completed our first stint of 3 months back in February, during this time I leaked all the time, it was precum only. The first period of being locked and denied I did leak pre-cum constantly and D was very amused by it. This was using a CB3000 for 3 months. In the past reading about denial periods of weeks and months was a bit scary.
But it has been Interesting at how you just adjust to your lot. Now going into our 5 month of 24/7 locked and denied it just seems normal and would not want to loose my desire to please D just for a moment of physical pleasure.

There seems to be a great deal of confusion about some basic aspects of anatomy here. While it is true that semen is reabsorbed back into the body after about a month, that is only a tiny constituent of a man's ejaculate (2-5%?). The majority of it is seminal fluid, which is produced in the seminal vesicles and prostate, not even in the testicles.
