Stay caged for 3 months and you will notice a measurable difference of maybe 1cm or so, which will return to normal after a week or so being cage free.

With my shrinkage it should still allow enough room for maintaining hygiene, although I’m comfier in a flat cage, it’s hard to maintain cleaning requirements in this type of device.

if you want shrinkage, then chastity is the long way to go about it. I do know hormones therapy causes shrinkage pretty quickly apparently, but as I’ve never tried this I can’t recommend or confirm this. But I’m sure I’ve seen a post on here about shrinkage whilst on hormones. So it might be worth a search or hoping that member comments on here.
