If you're talking about the newer, fetishised or fan-made censored porn, it has a few reasons for existing that I know of (probably others I don't know):
- It follows a similar ideology of going porn free, that is, it helps avoid desensitization so that the effect of full view, especially real-life full view, is more impactful.
- It plays off the idea that the viewer doesn't deserve to see everything, a sort of play on humiliation (often uses terminology like loser, beta,bitch). May acclaim the alpha/stud concept, that they are deserving, etc, contrasting with the lower status of the viewer.
- Similar to above, some can play off the glorification of female nudity and explicit female sexuality, again indicating the viewer is undeserving of witnessing those sights.
- Often plays to the denial concept, something that I'd imagine is fairly well understood here.
