I recently picked this up. It is a chastity cage that is skin coloured like a penis, and looks much like I am not in chastity, yet I am. Ideal for public showers. It is weird wearing it though as I feel like I'm free, but I'm not. Relatively comfortable too. Smooth inside and no sharp edges.
Agree, but from a distance it might pass, eg if getting changed quickly or at a urinal. Just an interesting design. Doubt I'll wear it often. Having said that it is very comfortable, so perhaps I will!

To be honest with you, that thing looks totally fake. From the thumbnail, it looks disproportionally big and the color doesn't match.... Besides, people shouldn't be looking at another person down there in the first place, male or female. If they notice your cage, then ask them why are they even looking down there.
