sissy chastity contract
It is hereby agreed that Name of Sissy, henceforth referred to as the Sissy, will abstain from all forms of sexual activity, except where permitted by Name of Mistress, henceforth referred to as the Mistress, in accordance with the following terms:

permitted and prohibited activities
The Sissy will not engage in any activity intended to elicit sexual excitement or arousal, nor do anything that could reasonably be expected to result in the Sissy's ejaculation, including, but not limited to, masturbation and sexual intercourse, without the Mistress's permission. Except where permitted or instructed by the Mistress, the Sissy will not watch, read or listen to any material that may reasonably be considered to be pornographic or erotic in nature, nor ogle or otherwise look inappropriately at any third party. In addition, the Sissy will not ask to be allowed to engage in any such activity, either directly or indirectly, except where permitted or instructed by the Mistress.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, unless otherwise prohibited by the Mistress, the Sissy may, at any time, offer to engage in any sexual activity which could not reasonably be expected to result in the Sissy's ejaculation, provided that the primary aim of such activity is the Mistress's pleasure. This includes, but is not limited to, erotic massage and cunnilingus. The Mistress is under no obligation to accept any such offer, nor to permit the Sissy any reciprocal activity or to provide any other reward for engaging in, or offering to engage in, any such activity.

The Mistress may, at any time, temporarily permit the Sissy to engage in any activity that would otherwise be prohibited by this agreement, but is under no obligation to do so, regardless of how long it may have been since the Sissy previously engaged in that or any other activity. Where the Mistress permits any activity, the Mistress may impose limits, restrictions or conditions, including, but not limited to, requiring the Sissy to cease the permitted activity prior to the Sissy's ejaculation, and preventing the Sissy from enjoying any pleasure from the activity, including, but not limited to, that from ejaculation. The Mistress may also invite the Sissy to engage in sexual activity which could not reasonably be expected to result in the Sissy's ejaculation, but where the primary aim is the Mistress's pleasure. The Sissy may decline to engage in any activity that may be permitted or invited by the Mistress, but the Mistress is under no obligation to offer any alternative activity in such circumstances.

duration of agreement
This agreement will become effective on the date that it is signed, and will continue for an indefinite period until terminated in accordance with the provisions herein.

termination
The Mistress may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, with immediate effect or at a specified future time and date, by providing notice to the Sissy by any reasonable means. The Mistress is not obliged to provide the Sissy with any explanation for terminating this agreement.

The Sissy may terminate this agreement by providing one month's notice to the Mistress in person. The Mistress may require the Sissy to provide a reasonable explanation for terminating this agreement. The Mistress may extend the notice period by the duration of any outstanding penalty or previously notified period of denial at the time that the Sissy provides notice, plus any further penalties that the Sissy may incur while serving the notice period. At the Mistress's sole discretion, the Mistress may shorten or waive the notice period. While the Sissy is serving the notice period, the Sissy will continue to abide by the terms of this agreement. The Sissy may cancel any notice to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, but agrees that the Mistress is under no obligation to accept such cancellation.

chastity devices
The Mistress may provide, or may require the Sissy to provide, one or more effective means of preventing access to the Sissy's genitals, henceforth referred to as chastity devices. For a chastity device to be considered to be effective, it must be capable of being secured in a manner that renders it impossible to remove or circumvent its function without the use of a separate instrument, henceforth referred to as a key, or by irreversibly damaging all or part of the chastity device. A replaceable or resettable component of a chastity device which is designed to be tamper-evident will henceforth be referred to as a seal.

Subject to the terms of this agreement, the Sissy will wear a chastity device as instructed by the Mistress. This may require the Sissy to wear the chastity device at any time, day or night, or for extended periods, regardless of the presence or absence of the Mistress or any third party. The Sissy will not use any key for the chastity device, nor break any seal, nor make any attempt to remove or circumvent the function of the chastity device, without the Mistress's permission. The Sissy agrees that not being instructed to wear a chastity device does not constitute permission to engage in any prohibited activity, but that the purpose of the chastity device is to help demonstrate that the Sissy has not engaged in any such activity. Furthermore, the Sissy agrees that the chastity device may prevent, impede or deter sexual arousal.

The Mistress is no obligation to fit or remove any chastity device in person, but may require the Sissy to do so, either under supervision, or in private. The Mistress may change or make modifications to the chastity device at any time, or may require the Sissy to make such changes or modifications. This may be for any reason, including, but not limited to, making the chastity device more effective or secure, making the chastity device more or less comfortable, convenient or discreet, and discouraging arousal. The Mistress may require the Sissy to submit to additional restrictions prior to removing or changing a chastity device, including, but not limited to, restraining other parts of the Sissy's body. The Sissy agrees that such restrictions may remain in place until a chastity device has been fitted again.

Upon termination of this agreement, the Mistress will remove, or provide the Sissy with the means to remove, any chastity device or other restrictions.

lingerie
Regardless of any chastity device, the Mistress may require the Sissy to wear undergarments that are generally regarded as being for women, and may prohibit the Sissy from wearing undergarments that are generally regarded as being for men, either on an occasional or a regular basis. The Mistress may provide, or may require the Sissy to provide, such undergarments, which may include, but are not limited to, panties, brassières, garter or suspender belts, girdles, corsets and other foundation garments, as well as women's hosiery. Such garments will henceforth be referred to as lingerie. The Sissy may be required to wear lingerie at any time, day or night, for extended periods, in public or in the presence of third parties. The Sissy will accommodate any preferences directly or indirectly indicated by the Mistress regarding lingerie, including, but not limited to, those regarding colours, materials, sizes and styles. The Mistress may employ measures to ensure the Sissy wears lingerie as directed, including, but not limited to, securing said lingerie with locks or seals.

training
The Sissy may be required to undertake training in order to wear a chastity device or lingerie in the manner preferred by the Mistress. This training may require the Sissy to wear a chastity device or lingerie for progressively increasing periods of time in order to accustom the Sissy to the chastity device or lingerie. The Sissy agrees that this training may be physically or psychologically challenging. The Sissy will commit as much time and effort as may be necessary for such training to be effective. The Mistress is under no obligation to direct or supervise any training, but may require the Sissy to undertake such training in private.

inspection
The Mistress is under no obligation to inspect any chastity device or lingerie, but may do so at any time, either on a regular or an impromptu basis. Where the Sissy is not with the Mistress, the Mistress may require the Sissy to provide photographic proof that the chastity device or lingerie is being worn, including, but not limited to, live or recorded video. The Sissy will provide such proof at the earliest opportunity, and will comply with any additional requirements the Mistress may set, including, but not limited to, demonstrating the integrity of any locks or seals, and confirming that photographic proof is contemporaneous. The Sissy will answer all questions that the Mistress may ask truthfully and without omission.

safety
The Sissy agrees that wearing a chastity device or lingerie may be uncomfortable at times, including, but not limited to, when sexually aroused. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Mistress will not ask the Sissy to wear any chastity device or lingerie in any manner that would cause injury or otherwise endanger the Sissy's health. Where the Sissy reasonably believes that continuing to wear a chastity device or lingerie would cause injury or otherwise endanger the Sissy's health, the Sissy will remove the chastity device or lingerie immediately, and will notify the Mistress at the earliest opportunity. In such circumstances, the Sissy may use any means to remove the chastity device or lingerie, including, but not limited to, breaking any seal, but will endeavour to minimise damage to the chastity device or lingerie where possible.

Where the Sissy wears a chastity device that requires a key to remove, the Mistress will, when not personally present, allow the Sissy to have access to a key for the chastity device. The Sissy will not use this key or allow this key to be used without the Mistress's permission, except where the Sissy reasonably believes that continuing to wear the chastity device would cause injury or otherwise endanger the Sissy's health. The Mistress may secure this key with a tamper-evident mechanism to allow the Sissy to prove that it has not been used, but will ensure that any such mechanism does not prevent use of the key in an emergency. The Mistress may inspect the key and any associated mechanism at any time, either on a regular or an impromptu basis, and where not with the Sissy, may require the Sissy to provide photographic proof that the key has not been used.

hygiene
Notwithstanding any chastity device or lingerie, the Sissy will maintain good personal hygiene at all times. Where the Sissy wears a chastity device, the Sissy will be responsible for its cleaning and any other maintenance that may be required, except where otherwise instructed by the Mistress. The Sissy agrees that wearing a chastity device may affect how the Sissy bathes or uses the toilet, including, but not limited to, affecting the duration or frequency of so doing, requiring the Sissy to use additional paraphernalia to maintain good personal hygiene or to keep the chastity device clean, and requiring the Sissy to obtain the Mistress's permission prior to bathing or using the toilet.

The Sissy will notify the Mistress of any concerns or problems regarding maintaining good personal hygiene or keeping any chastity device clean at the earliest opportunity. The Mistress will allow any chastity device to be removed as often as is required for the Sissy to maintain good personal hygiene and to keep the chastity device clean. The Mistress may supervise the Sissy's bathing or use of the toilet on such occasions. Where the Mistress does not personally inspect the Sissy's genitals on such occasions, the Sissy will carefully check for any redness, chafing, swelling, tenderness or other symptoms that may result from wearing a chastity device, and will report any concerns to the Mistress at the earliest opportunity. The Sissy will endeavour to minimise arousal on such occasions, and will not touch the Sissy's genitals any more than is necessary for cleaning and inspection.

Where the Sissy wears lingerie, the Sissy will ensure that the lingerie remains clean, which may require the Sissy to wash the lingerie in an appropriate manner. The Mistress is under no obligation to direct or supervise any washing of lingerie, but may require the Sissy to undertake said washing in private. Where any lingerie becomes damaged, the Sissy will notify the Mistress at the earliest opportunity. The Sissy may be required to replace said lingerie in such circumstances, regardless of whether the damage results from the Sissy's actions or inaction, or could be considered reasonable wear and tear. The Mistress may also instruct the Sissy to purchase replacement or additional lingerie at any time, for any reason. The Sissy agrees to purchase any lingerie required in a timely manner, without complaint or argument.

involuntary ejaculation
The Sissy will notify the Mistress of any involuntary or unintentional ejaculation, including, but not limited to, any nocturnal emission, at the earliest opportunity. The Mistress will not consider any involuntary or unintentional ejaculation to be a breach of this agreement, but may require the Sissy to explain the circumstances that caused the ejaculation. The Sissy agrees that an involuntary or unintentional ejaculation constitutes an ejaculation, and may, at the Mistress's sole discretion, result in the Mistress imposing a period of denial or extending a previously notified period.

consumption of ejaculation
Where any activity results in the Sissy's ejaculation, regardless of whether that activity is permitted or prohibited by this agreement, the Mistress may require the Sissy to consume the ejaculate, either immediately or at any time thereafter. The Mistress may instruct the Sissy to consume the ejaculate in any manner that does not pose a risk to the Sissy's health, including, but not limited to, with or without food or fluid, and from any surface or container. The Mistress may collect, or may instruct the Sissy to collect, the Sissy's ejaculate for subsequent consumption by the Sissy, including, but not limited to, freezing the ejaculate. The Sissy agrees to consume all such ejaculate as instructed by the Mistress, without complaint or argument.

behaviour
Except where the Sissy has reasonable concerns about health or hygiene, or where otherwise permitted or instructed by the Mistress, the Sissy will not refer to any chastity device or lingerie, either directly or indirectly, while it is being worn, nor fuss with, or otherwise draw attention to said chastity device or lingerie. This includes, but is not limited to, asking the Mistress to remove the chastity device or lingerie, and asking the Mistress to make the chastity device or lingerie more comfortable, convenient or discreet.

The Sissy agrees to wear a chastity device as instructed by the Mistress, including, but not limited to, fitting the chastity device or allowing the chastity device to be fitted, without complaint or argument. Where instructed to fit a chastity device in person, the Sissy will do so in a timely manner, returning any keys that may be required to fit the chastity device at the earliest opportunity. The Sissy also agrees to accept any notified period of denial or penalty that the Mistress may impose without complaint or argument. The Sissy furthermore agrees that sexual frustration is a likely and natural consequence of wearing a chastity device, and that such frustration alone does not constitute sufficient grounds for the chastity device to be removed.

The Sissy agrees to wear lingerie as instructed by the Mistress, which may require the Sissy to choose lingerie to wear. Where the Sissy is required to choose lingerie, the Sissy will endeavour to satisfy both the Mistress's preferences and any requirements of the situation, including, but not limited to, pleasing the Mistress and ensuring that the lingerie remains concealed from third parties. The Sissy may be required to put on lingerie at scheduled times, in private, and without supervision or further instruction. Where the Sissy is required to put on lingerie, the Sissy will do so in a timely manner, without complaint or argument.

confidentiality
Except where permitted or instructed by the Mistress, the Sissy will not disclose to any third party any details of this agreement, nor directly or indirectly make any mention of any chastity device, lingerie or key in any manner where its purpose or function could reasonably be deduced by any third party. Except where otherwise permitted or required by this agreement, the Sissy will not take any photograph, nor make any video recording, of any chastity device or lingerie, either while it is being worn or otherwise, nor of any key, without the Mistress's permission. These provisions will continue to be effective after the termination of this agreement.

Except where permitted by the Sissy, the Mistress will not disclose to any third party any details of this agreement, nor directly or indirectly make any mention of any chastity device, lingerie or key in any manner where its purpose or function could reasonably be deduced by any third party. The Mistress will not take any photograph, nor make any video recording of any chastity device or lingerie while it is being worn by the Sissy, without the Sissy's permission. These provisions will continue to be effective after the termination of this agreement.

Unless permitted or instructed to the contrary by the Mistress, the Sissy will ensure that no third party sees the Sissy wearing a chastity device or lingerie, nor anything that would allow the presence of a chastity device or lingerie to be reasonably deduced. The Sissy may be required to wear different or additional clothing to conceal a chastity device or lingerie from third parties, which may be less comfortable or convenient.

disciplinary measures
Where the Sissy breaks any term of this agreement, including, but not limited to, engaging or attempting to engage in any prohibited activity without the Mistress's permission, the Mistress may employ disciplinary measures against the Sissy. These may include, but are not limited to, using a chastity device or lingerie, either punitively, or for the purpose of deterring or preventing further breaches of this agreement. The Mistress may also employ such measures to modify the Sissy's behaviour or attitude, including, but not limited to, encouraging the Sissy to be more respectful, considerate, punctual, tidy or submissive, and encouraging the Sissy to maintain a healthy diet or exercise regime.

The Mistress may require the Sissy to wear a different chastity device or lingerie, which may be less comfortable, less convenient, or more secure. The Mistress may also impose additional restrictions or requirements on the Sissy's clothing, including, but not limited to, prohibiting the Sissy from wearing particular garments, or requiring the Sissy to wear garments which may be generally regarded as being for women. The Sissy agrees that such disciplinary measures may make it difficult or impossible for the Sissy to conceal a chastity device, lingerie or other garments from third parties, and may consequently prevent the Sissy from performing activities where third parties may be present.

The Mistress may impose a penalty of either a stated or an indeterminate period, during which the Sissy's chastity device will not be removed for any reason other than health and hygiene. The Mistress is under no obligation to notify the Sissy of the duration of any such penalty, and may increase or decrease the duration of the penalty at any time, for any reason. The Mistress may also, at any time, and for any reason, notify the Sissy of a period of denial, separate from any penalty, during which the Sissy's chastity device will also not be removed for any reason other than health or hygiene. The Mistress may increase or decrease the duration of the period of denial at any time, for any reason.

The Sissy agrees to accept any disciplinary measures employed by the Mistress without complaint or argument. The Sissy also agrees that said measures may be physically or psychologically challenging. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Mistress will not employ any disciplinary measure that would inflict lasting injury upon the Sissy, nor risk harm to the Sissy's health, reputation or livelihood. If the Sissy reasonably believes that accepting any disciplinary measure would do any of the aforementioned, the Sissy is not obliged to accept the measure, but will notify the Mistress at the earliest opportunity. The Mistress will notify the Sissy of the nature and the reason for employing any disciplinary measure in advance of employing said measure, and will also notify the Sissy upon its conclusion.

entire agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein, and supersedes any prior agreement, whether written or oral, between the parties.

severability
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable. Any failure to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any right to subsequently enforce that provision, nor any other provision of this agreement, at any time.

modification
This agreement may not be modified or amended by either party, unless agreed in writing by both parties.

declaration
Both parties agree that this agreement is intended to be a legally binding contract, and have read and understood the terms herein. Both parties enter into this agreement freely, without any duress or coercion. Both parties are at least eighteen years of age and mentally competent, and neither of the parties are under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substance at the time of signing this agreement.
