    Me too, six years in November. Thirty months without masturbation or orgasms. Probably my last prostrate milking will be this November as well.     First, I'm just going to mention that the word "permanent" is ambiguous. Does it mean the cage never comes off? That it comes off for doctors visits? That it comes off for sex? That it comes off for teasing? That it comes off once in a while as a break?

    I have been locked "permanently" for the past 5 1/2 years. My wife and I have an active sex life for which I wear a strapon cock for her (sometimes referred to as "Foxing"). I am unlocked for travel and medical only (and occasional deep cleanings). I have not had a normal, uncaged orgasm since the winter of 2018.

    You might want to look at this scale: the Caged / Denied Matrix as a way of understanding how different people use the word "permanent."

    Permanent only means chastity is a permanent part of the lifestyle (at least until it isn't). No one never takes it off. I don't believe it for a second.

    I believe that some people mix up been locked up permanently and been denied permanently as these are two different things.
