    EMC stands for Enforced Male Chastity, where "Enforced" just means that somebody else (the KH) is controlling whether you're locked or unlocked. I've never really thought about "vanilla" as percentages, etc and my advice is to not worry about whether you are vanilla in this regard or that regard because it doesn't matter, just do what comes naturally to you. There is no rule book, except for the one that you make. There is no governing body that says "if you don't at least to THIS much, you can't call it chastity". I think the title of my journal will show you that my wife and I don't fall into the typical D/s roles either.
