I’ve read plenty about a leash being fastened to a cage or the lock I also remember a couple of them that a short piece of string was tied to the cage or his member and came out over the waist of his pants so his mistress could give it a tug whenever she needed to. Have fun

I tied a piece of string (masons string) into a loop on the lock on my cage so she could attach a leash to it above my pant line. Then she would take me for a walk through the neighborhood I would put a light jacket on so it wouldnt be as noticeable .
Another thing I did was to take an old pair of jeans and cut a little slit or hole in the middle of the ass, that way she could tie some string around my balls and run it out the hole in the pants and use that as a leash while we go out for a walk. I like this idea. Why not just attach the leash to his cage and walk him around the house naked. You can tie the leash up to a post if you need to do other things and leave him waiting

We did it that way but found that the clip would pinch me real bad ( actually started to bleed ). Thats why we use some string to make a loop on a part of the cage and attach the leash to that. Much less hazardous.

As it was mentioned before, attaching a leash directly to the cage somewhere might be difficult regarding sharp edges and pinching, a cock ring with rotatable eye (see pic) is very helpful. It can be implemented at cock base first and then the cage goes on. After that, any chain can be attached to the eye:

• The obvious: attach dog leash and leading around
  
• Eye up and chain to collar. Length of chain determines ability to straighten up
  
• Eye down and chain to footcuffs. Also length of chain forces to crouch/prevents standing up. This constellation is close to the functionality of a humbler, but with shorter and shorter chains you will pull back the balls further and further, enabling much of the ball vulnerability play you asked for
• It's also possible to attach two chains to one footcuff each and let those chains run down each trouser leg, making hidden public play possible

my Mistress likes to use a 4 foot lavender cat leash we have. She puts one of the posts from my cage thru the handle of the leash, then locks my cage on me. She then puts the leash around my neck (or thru my collar) and then clips the other end back to the end of the cage. with my hands chained to my collar i can't reach down enough to unhook it, so must go around hunched over until She takes it off.

 

A simple thing my Queen used to do was to lock a small chain (actually a medim-large size dog choker collar unlooped) to my cage (using the cage padlock or the one of the guide pins depending on the cage). Then send me off to work or whatever.

While only a few feet long, I have to look after it everytime I go pee or even move around so it wont be noticed. When I get home she reaches in and grabs the end from where I have it looped over my underwear and pulls me around.
