My biggest issue is that my cage slips down and pulls on my balls. I have downsided my cage, and been through a bunch of them. When I pull it up tight against my body, I got no issues. Does anyone have any ideas about the belts I see used? Anyone using them? Order “curb chain” it lays flat against the skin. Wrap it around your waist and use small lock to secure it to your cage. This takes the weight of the cage and makes pullout much more difficult. It also prevents the balls from taking all the strain of an erection attempt My profile has examples.
I have the same problem with ball trap devices. I like the steel cages, I think they look more aesthetically pleasing, but they are heavy and will pull on your balls. Using supportive underwear helps a lot. Try to get underwear that is very flat at the front. My own personal hack is to buy woman's sports underwear in a size that's just a little small for me. They use elasticated material and have no extra space at the front to accommodate your junk. So they hold the cage up and back against my body taking the strain off my balls. It's not a cross dressing thing, honest While my Mistress does tease me about my lady pants in reality they look like normal plain black briefs, just with no extra space in the front. Any belt or strap around your waist attached to cage could also work. I've experimented a little bit with this, but so far have not been able to get the pressure even. The cage or ring being held up at the top seems to angle the bottom part of the ring forward, pressing up under the balls, rather than the ring being flat against me. I'm still experimenting with this approach.

Use cut pantyhose legs… One around the waist tied to the base ring, and another (g stringed) to the back hose to the base ring through the legs to the hose around the waist. Adjustable and perfect use for your pantyhose with a few runners.

I agree! The right underwear is vital, I got rid of all my boxers and went with briefs and thongs, the tighter the better, holds everything in place and prevents movement.
It is honestly the most secure device I have ever worn. I just bought a second one because I liked some of their new features (rolled edges for greater comfort, new locking system that allows my fiancé to unlock only the outer cage for cleaning). Your only regret will be that you didn’t buy one sooner. I would advise you order the smallest as well as the medium penis tube so you can switch up the play now and then. The extra small penis tube really keeps things locked down tight, the medium one is more comfortable for longer lock ups!
I am in the same boat. When I get an erection it pulls the device forward a lot and is very uncomfortable. I just started using shoe laces tied to the ring and around my waist. Holds it nice and secure and is barely noticeable. I also ordered some spare bra straps to try out. They have a bit of elastic and are adjustable so might be more convenient and will be using them the same way looped around the ring. They were just dropped off so I'll give those a go later tonight when I get home from work.
I actually crafted my own using some 3/4in elastic bands from WM and some snaps. That way I could get it just right sized for me and with the extra materials I can make a 2nd one if I ever need. In total the supplies cost me maybe 7$
