I've had a vasectomy. I still expell normal looking cum, only no sperm are present. My prostate still fills with seminal fluids that need to be drained every so often. There's very little scientific or medical literature on this so you will not find a concrete answer. From what I've read online though the consensus seems to be that orgasms and penile sexual activity are not needed. Your body will take care of what it needs to via nocturnal emissions.

As far as general penile health, from what ive seen you might be fine locking it up for years and being able to bounce back to where you were before hand -- but alternatively you could be looking at shrinkage. (And ED develops in many men, you might develop it while locked) so from what I've seen you wanna let your member grow at most nightly and at least weekly or monthly for your best assurance of health.

Fortunately most of the time our bodies will tell us if something is wrong, so if something hurts don't ignore it and you will probably be okay!

Nope. All men get prostrate cancer if they live long enough; I don't recall the exact explanation, but there's a simple reason why it's inevitable. Fortunately, it's usually a slow-moving cancer, so in theory you can get it in your 50s and (if you're lucky) live past 100 before it kills you.
