Without knowing the specifics of the abuse. maybe she found another man and is using your cuckolding fantasy to get her life and or you back in ways. She knows it will get your attention and it has. Sounds like she doesn’t have the ability to communicate with you to resolve marriage issues and is trying to use your fantasies to make you happy instead. Maybe there is something wrong inside of her and she needs to abuse and/or humiliate you. You removed her from the house for abuse but maybe she sees this cuckolding scenario as a way to humiliate and abuse you in a mutually beneficial way. You are both broken in just the right ways that the two of you fit together like puzzle pieces.

 

My wife knows I would love the cuckold part, but different bedrooms is a big "NO".

It looks like she has already planned for her lover to be the tenant, (rent free) as she will feel very sorry for the fact that he is alcoholic and will loose his home, and job etc. Than you will start serving them as the slave, giving them all the money and getting abused further more..
It will developed very slowly and mainly once the child is in college or studying out of the house, which might not be long a time away now.

Cuckholding is a hard no for me, so the answer is easy for me. With that said, some people enjoy cuckholding in their FLR and there's nothing wrong with two or three consenting adults doing what they like.
However, cuckholding requires a strong relationship foundation built on trust and admiration. It doesn't sound like your relationship quite fits that.

I would let her go be with her new man and let her part-time raise your child.
