I am a grower and I can confirm shrinkage but only when you are locked permanently (no release at all) and long term. I went down from 18cm to 16.5 after non stop 6 weeks and then from 16.5 to 13 cm after 11 weeks locked. Since I did not want this I am a little frustrated but I like too much to be locked and teased so I accept it.

 

I've been locked almost a year and a half now in quite a small cage. Probably not permanent but mine is definitely smaller after caging. Perhaps because its not out long enough to adjust back to previous size.

There is no one answer. It depends on multiple factors. I'm in my 60s, and without question my cock is smaller now, erect or not, than before I locked up 4 years ago. But, is it from being locked? or from non-use? or from age? or some combination? I suspect the latter.

 

I think they bounce back if left uncaged for a week or two.

After a long period of being locked it's often a little softer on the first erection, so not quite as big, but after two or three erections it's back to what it was previously.

It's not every unlock time that I'm lucky enough to get that far, so you could say yes, when I'm unlocked it appears to have shrunk, and lack of use certainly makes it appear and stay small, but if you start using it again, then there's nothing that's physically shrunk, it's only temporary.

I doubt that chastity itself causes shrinkage at all but erectile dysfunction, which gets more prevalent as you get older, may be having a lesser or greater effect.

Shrinkage from chastity is a fantasy for some, but would seem most likely to be a myth. Many here will know of Thumper, he’s been locked pretty much full time for the last 10 years, and reports no shrinkage. I know it’s only one person, but at least he’s got a very long term real life test to “prove” no shrinkage.

I have went from 6 to 3.75 in 9 months I fully believe some people are prone to shrinkage.

 

I would agree, I know its not a muscle but I have def lots both length and girth. Now the question might be, if I was unlocked and using it for a while would it return? Unknown... I know my Wife's answer would be "I hope not!"

 

Science makes me very sceptical about permanent shrinkage from chastity alone. I do see that it shrinks a little bit when you’re locked for a while. For me it goes from 7 to a little less than 6. But after a few days unlocked, it will revert for sure. If you’re never unlocked for more than a few hour though, it’s kind of permanent in a sense
