My Keyholder needs a cover story for the key hanging around her neck for Thanksgiving weekend!

My wife had been wearing her key on a 30 inch necklace for months. No one ever inquired about what was on the end of the chain.

 

I guess I need to add she wore inside her clothing so no one saw what was on the end.

if asked though, I’m sure her response would have been the key to my heart.

We keep our lifestyle quiet, but my wife decided one day to wear the keys on her fully loaded charm bracelet. We went shopping then on to our friends house and the first thing they noticed were the padlock keys, they are too big compared to the bracelet either. She made excuses about use recently traveling (which was true) and it was a convenient place that nobody notices (50% true) and they all found it hilarious. Even though she may a quick excuse they all bought, she told me later I turned bright red, luckily no one noticed.

Basically I'd need to find an excuse for the in-laws. They're quite nosy so I haven't been able to think of an excuse. Moneybox isn't too bad but probably not convincing enough (why do you need the key around your neck?)
